Osteopathy can do a great deal to reduce pain, ease swelling and improve mobility and range in joint movement. Osteopathic treatment is aimed at improving mobility and reducing imflammation by using gentle, manual osteopathic technigues on joints, muscles, and ligaments.
Our Osteopaths are very passionate about what they do, and focus on each client as an individual. The treatments include a combination of Active Release Techniques, craniosacral therapy, gentle joint manipulation, acupunture, and hydrotherapy. Our Osteopaths also focus on each client as a whole, not a sum of parts, using a whole-body approach. They will assess all the systems of the body including digestive and neurological in addition to muscles and joints. They treat problems at the origin.
Age is no barrier for osteopathy, and our osteopaths will help anyone - newborn, elderly, and everyone in between!
